You may return any eligible item within 7 days of receiving your order. The return will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The product should not be damaged or show signs of use.

  • You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item should not fall under the category of non-returnable products (see below).

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to send the product back to us. The return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.


💰 Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to you. Refunds are only processed in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item or size that you didn’t order.

Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will process your refund via UPI or bank transfer. We may contact you for your preferred refund method in such cases.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not applicable for sizing issues if the product received matches the size ordered.

  • Returned items will undergo a quality check before a refund is initiated.


🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds. These include:

  • Products bought during sales or promotional discounts

  • Items that are worn, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer

  • Customized or altered items as per customer request

  • Accessories, innerwear, and final sale items

We reserve the right to decline a return or refund request if the product doesn’t meet our return criteria.


📦 How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Mention your Order Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return.

  3. Attach clear photos or a video of the product if the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item.

  4. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to guide you through the process.
